This entry form will describe your plant & machinery and will be read out by the auctioneer as your item goes under the hammer. You can book in your plant & machinery at our auction house. The information given on this form must be accurate. NB If any of the information given on the entry form is incorrect, you will be legally held responsible for any costs that may arise from the incorrect statement.

Present Your Plant & Machinery For Auction
Simply present your item at the auction with all its documentation, two forms of identification (a passport and a recent utility bill) and your €50 entry fee.

Place A Reserve Price On Your Auction Item
A reserve price is the minimum amount you want to sell your auction item for and it will not be sold for less that this amount. If you are unsure of the value of your auction item call us on 045 988777.

Attend The Auction Or Leave A Contact Number
If you do not wish to attend the auction itself, you can leave a number to be contacted at in the event that your item is sold. You may also be contacted in the event of a provisional sale. This is where the auction item reaches a bid close to your reserve price and you will be contacted to see if you would like to sell your auction item for this price. You are not obliged to sell your auction item at a provisional sale price.

Payment Is Made
After the auction item is sold you will be paid the Thursday following the auction (once payment is received from the buyer) and a cheque will be sent through the post. So please make sure that the address given on the entry form is correct.
